What you'll find here
Who writes it
Articles are written and edited by the small team behind Dog Gear Hub and published under the name "Dog Gear Hub Editorial Team". We're not veterinarians or professional trainers. Our guides explain what to look for in dog gear and point to veterinary sources for health and safety questions; they're not veterinary advice.
How we research and write
- We base guides on well-established methods and on reputable sources, and we link to sources where a claim needs one.
- We don't run a product-testing lab. Unless an article clearly says otherwise, product suggestions describe product types and features to look for, not products we have tested.
- We update articles when we find better information, and we correct mistakes. If you spot one, please tell us.
- Photos are our own or come from free-license photo libraries (such as Unsplash and Pexels), credited under each photo.
How the site is funded
